Our laboratory is equipped with cutting-edge testing instruments and operates under a strict quality control system. Comprehensive testing from raw materials to finished products ensures precise specification compliance and reliable performance.
Our company provides PEEK composite material O-rings instead of metal materials for anti lock braking in a certain pump industry, while reducing clearance and improving pump efficiency.
Now applied to: seawater, boiler feedwater
PEEK composite material bushings have solved the problems of severe corrosion in chemical pumps and particle grinding in liquid media. At the same time, their wear resistance and erosion resistance have been improved, and the replacement cycle of bushing accessories has been extended. They have now been applied in other models of submersible pumps.

After adopting the new Peek composite material seal in the renovation of a petrochemical project in 2017, the compressor’s air leakage was reduced by 46%, the overall efficiency was improved by more than 1.8%, and 13.6 tons of steam could be saved per hour, saving the enterprise $4.2 million in costs annually.
