Customer Reviews
“We use PEEK composite O-rings provided by Allstar Material to replace metal materials in anti-lock braking systems in the pump industry, while reducing clearances and improving pump efficiency. Our equipment is used in seawater and boiler feedwater applications.”
“Thank you to Allstar Material for supplying us with PEEK composite bushings, which solved the serious corrosion problems and particle grinding issues in liquid media in chemical pumps. At the same time, their wear resistance and erosion resistance have been improved, and the replacement cycle of bushing accessories has been extended. We have now applied their other products to other models of submersible pumps. Our chemical pumps are mainly used in chemical media, sewage, and other fields.”
“In a petrochemical project renovation in 2017, after adopting Allstar Material’s new PEEK composite sealing components, our compressor leakage was reduced by 46%, overall efficiency improved by more than 1.8%, saving 13.6 tons of steam per hour annually, which saves us $4.2 million in costs every year.”
