Remedies: Ensure media lubrication before startup; install magnetic filter; check coupling alignment (radial ≤0.05mm); use special tooling.
Axial Force Imbalance
Causes: Balance piping blockage; Sensing tube leakage; Wear of impellers.
Remedies: Clean balance piping & orifice (3-8mm); replace joint seal; recalculate hydraulic axial force; adjust balance disc effective area.
Procurement Selection Essential Parameters
When ordering, purchasing engineers must provide:

- ② Design axial force value (unit kN) and direction
- ③ Working media characteristics (name, temperature, pressure, pH value, particle content)
- ④ Seal chamber dimensions at balance disc installation location
- ⑤ Speed range and whether variable frequency speed control is used
Selection conditions: Mating shaft surface requires hardening treatment (≥HRC 45, roughness ≤Ra0.6μm). Balance disc mounting end face flatness ≤0.01mm. Pump performance curve data must be provided.
